Deer Creek is a type I stream, which currently requires a 150 foot vegetative buffer and a 15 foot structure setback from the buffer (165 foot total). Structure setback includes wells and residential structures. This site is large enough that these setbacks can be met. No other concerns were noted on site. 03/19/2001 2 of 2 SP12001-00033
