installation Notes:
1. The prepared siteplan is not a survey.ftisthe owner's responsibility to verify
property tine tecattorts,prior to.installation. Any diaPrapanoies must be reported to
the°designer immediately.
2. Install drainrield during dryweather and soil conditions.
3. Keep wheeled vehicles off the drain5eld area before,during and after installation
—tracked vehicles only. i
4. All g.%undand Surface water4inclodirip roof drains)must be diverted away from
the drdinfield and tank areas. FAsure t4atfinal,grade slopes away from these areas
and that water does not pool arpuriftehindlhtem. Use swales-,berms,along with
catch-basins and tight-lives, curtain drains,etc. to divert ground and surface water.
S. Curtain drains can be no closer than try uphill or 30'downhill from the drainfield.
6. Exposed restrictive layers,cuts,.bankq,slc. can be no closer then 50'downhill
from thei4minfield.
7. Use S-Ohedule 40 pipe in inloVoullet Qftanks to ensure proper vistay-tight fit with
ffaxibts oouplers(gaskets.
8. Install two 24°risers on septic tank and twv24" risers on pump chamber.
9. Make sure risers are epoxyed to casein riser rings on tanks.
10. L1ds must form water and gas-tights0ats.with the risers and use RLAa to attach.
to lids—tapping screws in riser ribs is noltacceptable.
11. Install effluentUlter specified in this ciesignat the septic tank outlet.
12. Install Fontrol'panel speci0eitin this design.

3, System Owneris responsible for having maintenance performed according to the
schedule set forth 4y Mason Courtly.

and alerting maintenance personnel as neadad.
