Dear Mr.Borden:
The Washington State Department of Transportation(WSDOT)has reviewed the Notice
of Application and supporting documents for the Paisley rezone and campground
development located at 4911 East State Route 3. It is our understanding that this
proposal is also currently being reviewed under a non-project action State Environmental
Policy Act(SEPA)Determination of NonSignificance.
The applicant does not have a permitted access to SR 3 for the site property. WSDOT
will require that the applicant apply for an Access Connection Permit. It also appears
that the applicant is proposing improvements to SR 3. Any improvements to SR 3 will
require review by WSDOT through the Developer Agreement process. Please have the
applicant contact me concerning these requirements.
Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on this proposal. We respectfully
request that your office enter these comments into the SEPA and Planning Commission
