I(Connie Juneau)called reporting party to get more information and had to leave a message at 13:46.Not sure of the location of this
report at this time.
Reporting party called back and stated neighboring property has been cleared down to Cranberry Creek at the address above in
Shelton. When other property owners built they had to stay 165'back from creek,salmon run in creek and area was heavily wooded. At
least 10 trees have been taken down since three weeks ago.
Property owner is deceased and there are questions about ownership of property.

My name is REMOVED BY ERTS COORDINATOR DUE TO CONFIDENITALITY REQUEST,um I'm calling because, I'm not sure that
you're interested in this or not,you'll have to decide for yourself. I'm calling because I have some neighbors on Cranberry Creek that are
clearing some property right down to the creek line and I did report to the County and the county is looking in to it but if you're interested
in any specifics about that give me a call.Thank you

Based on the report, it appears to be a stream buffer issue, which is primarily regulated by the County. I don't
have a direct regulatory connection. I will follow-up with Grace Miller to see what they are doing.
