Purpose of checklist:

proposal are significant. This information is also helpful to determine if available avoidance, minimization
or compensatory mitigation measures will address the probable significant impacts or if an environmental

Replacing the existing failing bridge structure over Big Bend Creek that consists of steel beams with a concrete deck
and steel plates barely clearing the top of the stream channel, with a 3-sided, precast-concrete culvert.
The new structure will fall within the footprint of the existing bridge structure and provide better fish passage.
