The proposal is for a 6 building business complex. A stormwater plan has been developed for the complex utilizing grass lined biofiltration swales. Stormtech chambers are to installedin the bioswales. These should be installed with the engineers reccom mend ations of consulting the manufacturers. Construction Erosion and Sediment Control is addressed. Additional Best Management Practices should be incorporated as required. The Stormwater Site Plan should be considered acceptable as designed by engineer. The entrance design should be considered acceptable. Sight distance is adequate. Turning radiuses should adhere to AASHTO standards.
