As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and it ' s critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Adjacent property is vacant platted lots and 5 acre tracts created by
Segs. The site is flat and partially covered in Douglas Fir and some
Hemlock. Portions of site has been cleared for proposed access for
vehicles and utilities.

1. From Shelton NE on Highway 3 approximately 4 miles to Mason Lake Road on
the left.
2. Turn left on Mason Lake Road and go approximately 0.75 miles (to top of
Batstone Hill) to Catfish Lake Road on the right.
3. Turn right and go approximately 0.37 miles on Catfish Lake Road (gravel) to first
intersection.
4. Turn left at intersection and go northerly on gravel road approximately 747 feet
(0.14 miles) to new access road on the left (unfinished but driveable).
5. This access road runs down the property line between lots 9 and 10.
6. Test holes for Lot 10 are to the right of the road as shown on the accompanying
short plat.
