Respondents Rhodes desire 'toretain the right to salvage and remove the barn from the state ' s proposed SR 3 right of way limits and 16 have agreed to pay to the state the salvage value of said imarovement, 17 which is One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100 .00) . 2. The state- agrees to sell the salvage right to the ba-rn' to .19 respondents Rhodes - for the stun of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars 20 ($100 .00) , which is to be. deducted from the amount of the state 's offer 21 - of settlement, to wit, Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and 22 .
