It went on for years. What I am suggesting people do, is apply with a JARPA application and all pertinent info so that we can determine what permits are necessary and if structures actually can be replaced. He wants to get the bridge repaired asap and wants to know what permits he will need, can he make repairs as an emergency, or just what will we require so that he can replace his bridge. Apparently the bridge goes over to the portion of his farm where his horses are located, so the bridge was the only way over to this area.
