SFF IMPORTANT GENERAL PROVISIONS ON REVERSE SIDE OF APPROVAL NOTE: This approval is for bank protection and log jam removal along the Tahuya River at Neyhart Farms . Some repair work on the dike was undertaken per Mason County but was landward of the ordinary high water line. 1 . %proximately 1000 feet upstream of the bridge logs forming a ecent to jam in the middle of the river may �e repositioned against the bank. All repositioned logs shall be secured against tFie bank. The logs shall remain in the river channel . 2 . Rock rip rap may be used to repair the area between bank protection and the dike per plans submitted with the application. This area is landward o the ordinary high water line . 3 . Rock rip rap may be used as bank protection at a site about 300 feet downstream of the bridge. Rip rap shall be limited to ten feet in length and shall be placed along the existing edge of the river channel . Other plans submitted with the application are landward of the ordinary high water line and have been reviewed by Mason County staff .
