To Whom It May Concern:
A site inspection was conducted on January 29, 2008 due to overwhelming rainfall
activity.
Inspector spoke to occupant who stated that the manufactured home is no longer
salvagable and intends to have it demolished in the spring. Stated that water was 1' deep inside
of manufactured home and walls have separated due to the water damage. Water was also in
garage 3-4' deep.
If your manufactured home was affected by the storm, you will need to have any permits
and inspections conducted by Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.
Pursuant to Mason County Code, Title 14 Building and Construction, permits are required
under the 2006 International Building for removal or replacement of manufactured homes.
