SUBJ: Skookum Lumber Drainage Plan
Don,
I have reviewed the proposed drainage plan for the two Skookum Lumber Company
replacement buildings and have been in contact with "Larry" from Floyd Brown's
office. I was informed that the pond depicted on their proposal is an existing
facility complete with a weir discharge structure. The pipe sizes appear to be
adequate. Since the existing pond was apparently adequate for the destroyed
structure, I feel it is acceptable as an interim facility until the more
complete comprehensive storm drainage system is designed and built.
