The tank contains 37 gallons of oil and t gallons of water. There are no signs of ground contamination in surrounding area. Tank is to be puml-ed, stabilized, and filled with concrete slurry. The fill and vent pipe will be removed below grade level. Work performed: 2/5/2018 The tank w is pumped and all material removed for proper disposal. The tank was then stabilized, and filled with concrete slurry. Fill and vent pipe were removed below grade level. The fuel lines have been capped. Conclusion: Tank was d-commissioned as proposed. Area should not be a future hazard. All work was performed per curr-nt regulations as required by WAC 51-34-6106 and fire code 7902.1.7 pertaining to abandonment of he me heating oil tanks.
