EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 19 84 , it is necessary to make provision for emergence
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 .140 , :o
meet an outstanding obligation of the Sheriff's Budget
521-10-10 Wages $ 12,395.13 Receptionist
521-20-10 Wages 79,225.16 4 Deputies
521-20-45 ER&R 26,560.00 4 Cars
521-20-64 Equipment 129400.00 4 Cars
$130,580.29
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason. County
Commissioners:.
That the 19th day of March ® 19 84 at
the hour of 7 : 30 p.m. O'clock in. the morning, the. Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the
time and place for a public hearing upon the: matter of. the
emergency appropriation to the budget for the Sheriff's -
Fund in the estimated amount of $ 130,580.29 fDr the abo-ve-
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice .J[ such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
