COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE.
BOURGAULT ROAD - No. 41900
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47.48.010, the Bourgault
Road, County Road Number 41900, lying within Sections 14 and 15, Township 21
North, Range 4 West, W. M. , shall be closed to all through traffic up to fifteen
(15) days. The closure will be in effect between 8:00 A.M. , Friday, February 10,
1984, up to . 5:00 P.M. , Friday, February 24, 1984.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners have declared
the above described road closure a public necessity due to bridge construction on
the Weaver Creek Bridge (CRP 979) and that the unrestricted use of said road dur-
ing the planned construction is considered dangerous to traffic.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed
as prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1984.
