COUNTY ROAD PRa= NO. 10 0 6-P
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 52210 , known locally as the
Mason Lake Road, and nore specifically locatedxDh (from_
Mc Ewan Prairie to St. Andrews , M.P. 1.23 to M.P. 2.27 work defined
as Engineering " in the BARS manual, Page-TI---6-3, et seq, is determined to be neces-
sary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project: is identified as # 12 on the officially adopted
County Annual Road Program.
THEF,EFO1;F,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY ComISSIONERS that it is
their intention to engage a prilyate, agency to furnish

the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is neces-
sary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as
follows:
Engineering $ 14,000
Right-of-Way $ 10,000
Road Construction $
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
