In the directional drill bore path we will be placing 2- 1.5" HDPE conduits to house a fiber optic cable. The conduit will be placed a min of 42" deep in WSDOT right-of-way and 8' below the creek bed. There will be 4 vehicle rated vaults buried level with the existing soil grade. Existing Use (identify current use of property with exist improvements): The existing use of the land is Washington State Department of Transportation state route 101 highway. Reason for requesting development: We are requesting the placement of these conduits and fiber optic cables in WSDOT right-of-way is to extend broadband internet services to the unserved residents in Mason County North of this location. Estimated Fair Market Value of Project to Closest$1,000: $40,000.00 The Applicant shall provide, at a minimum, the following information: a. SITE PLAN -drawn to scale and including: i. The boundary of the parcel(s) of land upon which the development is proposed; ii. The ordinary high water mark(OHWM).
