Occupancy is limited to the approved and permitted classification. Any non-approved change of use or occupancy would result in permit revocation. * Contractor registration laws are governed under RCW 18.27 and enforced by the WA State Dept of Labor and Industries, Contractor Compliance Division. There are potential risks and monetary liabilities to the homeowner for using an unregistered contractor. Further information can be obtained at 1-800-647-0982. The person signing this condition is either the homeowner, agent for the owner or a registered contractor according to WA state law. * All permits expire 180 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may grant a one time extention of 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request prior to permit expiration. Letter must indicating that circumstances beyond the control of the permit holder preventing action from being taken. No more than one extension may be granted. * CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE ADOPTED BUILDING CODE. The construction of the permitted project is subject to inspections by the Mason County Building Department. All construction must be in conformance with the international codes as amended and adopted by Mason County. Any corrections, changes or alterations required by a Mason County Building Inspector shall be made prior to requesting additional inspections. * All furnace installations shall meet the minimum efficiencies set forth in the current edition of the Washington state energy code(WSEC). any portion of the mechanical system that is altered or replaced shall meet the minimum standards set forth in the WSEC and international mechanical code. * Owner/Agent is responsible to post the assigned address and/or purchase and post private road signs in accordance with Mason County Title 14.28 and 14.17. * The demolition and disposal of debris must meet the regulations of Mason County and Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA). SIDE YARD REDUCTION REQUESTS: Explain how the circumstances preclude a reasonable development proposal from meeting the setback standard for the residential zone in your Urban Growth Area(Shelton, Allyn,or Belfair). Originally desired to have generator on East side of garage next to existing heat pump units, but there is an underground septic tank&above ground propane tank in same area that generator cannot be on top of or near per codes.After evaluating alternative locations on property that would meet all code clearances from heat pump units, propane tank, septic tank and opening windows,the only feasible location was on the North side of garage but it will put the generator within the standard S foot set back.The proposed location will allow a 3 foot clearance between property line and generator casing.
