BUDGET TRANSFER - NON-DEPARTMENTAL
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Non-Departmental for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS , there are funds available within the
Non-Departmental budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS , the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$51,292.96 From Contingency Miscellaneous 02710-00-0090
1,329.10 To State Auditor 02701-30-0010
13,091.23 Deductible Insurance 02703-36-0010
2,046.00 Insurance 02704-36-0020
34,826.63 Communication Division Disp. 02705-29-0010
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Non-Departmental fund.
