MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY
WHEREAS , on April 22nd , 1985 , the Washington State Legislature
passed House Bill No . 222 an "Act Relating to Legal Holidays " ;
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , that the third Monday of January be
celebrated as the anniversary of the birth of Martin King , Jr . and
shall be a paid holiday for Mason County in 1986 .
