PLANNING DEPARL.ENT DIVISION
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necessary to cover 1985 Lease
Purchase Xerox for the Planning Department Division of the Department
of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Lease Purchase Xerox of the
Building Department as a result of an error on Resolution 69-85
transferring $315.00 from Planning department to Lease Purchase
Building Department. Thus to correct error a transfer is needed
from the Building Department 1420 559.60.66.10 to Planning
Department 1470 558.60.66.10.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted®
Transfer $315.00 from Building Department 1420 55,9.60.66.10 to
Planning Department 1470 558-60.66.10.
ADOPTED this 31 st Day of December , 1985.
