BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
DISTRICT COURT for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
DISTRICT COURT budget to accommodate said transfer®
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary®
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$280 From Office Supplies 1000-30-0010
750 Indigent Defense 1000-10-0010
1,460 Jurors 1000-41-0030
20 Travel Expense 1000-43-0010
20 Equipment 1000-64-0010

500 Telephone 1000-42-0010
50 Machine Maintenance 1000-48-0010
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the District Court fund®
