BUDGET TRANSFER - COOPERATIVE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
COOPERATIVE EXTENSION for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
COOPERATIVE EXTENSION budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$200 . 00 From Travel Expense 00100-43-0010
$200 . 00 To Office Supplies . 00100-31-0010
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Cooperative Extension fund.
