Unfunded Liability with ER/R
WHEREAS , the vehicles that were turned over to the ER&R Fund
from the Current Expense Fund on January 1 , 1981 have either been
disposed of or have made a sufficient profit ; and
WHEREAS , payments were received per Resolution #1277 dated
December 15 , 1980 , Resolution #28-83 dated March 28 , 1983 and
Resolution #116-83 dated December 5 , 1983 ; and
WHEREAS , the Unfunded Liability has been satisfied ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , that the payment schedule per
Resolution #116-83 be cancelled as of this date .
ADOPTED this 3rd day of December , 1986 .
