SPEED LIMIT
MASON COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the speed limits on County roads in Mason County, Washington, were
fixed by Resolution on April 20, 1981, as 50 miles per hour, except certain roads
as otherwise posted; and,
WHEREAS, existing conditions on the following roads warrant speed limit
changes: Road (Area Affected) Exist. Recom.

Alderwood Road 69480 0.00 0.17 (all ) 50 mph 20 mph
Tahuya River Drive 75210 0.00 1.22 (portion) 25 mph 35 mph
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the recommended speed
limits referenced above on the Alderwood Road(#69480) and Tahuya River Drive
(#75210) are effective immediately and the County Engineer is directed to erect the
necessary speed limit signs in conformity herewith.
