WHEREAS , November 17 , 1985 through November 23 , 1985 is
nationally recognized as American Education Week , and ,
WHEREAS , the Board of Mason County Commissioners recognizes the
significant contributions that education has made to the quality of
life in Mason County , as well as in the nation , and ,
WHEREAS , the keys to quality education are the members of the
teaching and support staffs in our various school districts ; and ,
WHEREAS , the education in Mason County is good and improving on a
yearly basis ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners thanks the teaching and support staffs of the various
school districts for their quaiity commitment to education and
young people ;
FURTHER , BE IT RESOLVED , that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners supports the concept of American Education Week ,
