BUDGET TRANSFER - SUPERIOR COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Superior Court for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Superior Court' s budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make -the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Superior _Court:' s fund.
