Boundary Line Adjustments between parcels, that are less than five acres in size, located in designated Rural Areas of Mason County (non-conforming lots) are allowed to do a Boundary Line Adjustment so long as all other applicable requirements including those of Environmental Health, are complied with. 2 . Boundary Line Adjustments that would result in a conforming parcel becoming non-conforming will require an administrative variance from the Director of Community Development if the differential is 10t or less (no fee) . If the differential is greater than 10% the applicant will be required to secure a Variance from the Board of County Commissioners (fee $400) .
