Identify current use of property with existing improvements: This 22.96 acre site is timber growing area that was logged over (but not clear cut) within the last 20 years. The only existing improvement is an access road along the South border of the property. Section 6. Identify and describe the proposed project. The easterly portion of the parcel has been identified and delineated as "forested and scrub/shrub wetland with considerable vegetative diversity". Within and adjacent to the wetland are areas of blackberry and Scots broom. The category II wetland was identified in the October 2003 Wetland Analysis Report by Wiltermood and Associates of Port Orchard, WA. No improvements are planned. The project is to clear a sufficient portion of the wetland to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a sustainable growth of environmentally acceptable and marketable growth. This growth could be lavender, hybrid cottonwood, bamboo, willows, or other acceptable crop. Invasive plants within the wetlands and in the balance of the 22.96 acre parcel would be removed. Such removal has already been done, in adjacent Lynch Road right-of-way with permission A and encouragement of the County Road Engineer. This is planned to be a continuing effort. Some drainage could be necessary depending on the growth established. The overall drainage is to the South and East into an existing drainage system. No other property would be effected. Test holes, soils analysis, professional advice and engineering will be employed to establish the most desirable planting. TOPOGRAPHY SKETCH SECTION TO RECEIVE NARRATIVE INSTEAD: The highest portion of the 22.96 acre parcel consists of a bench along Lynch Road which grades down sharply East to the designated wetland area. The wetland area is reasonably level with some grade down to the South into an existing drainage system. ' L2 P ARCS Q - CS EX l STD NG `SSE " 11 WELLS!
