COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. 123-85
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT No. 991-Revised
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 5767 , known locally as the
McReavy Road, and more specifically located in
T 21N, RN. , W.M. M.P. 3.8 to M.P. 5. 1 , work defined
as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is determined to be neces-
sary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is identified as #19 1983 on the officially adopted
County Annual Road Program. # 1 85
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to

Preliminary Engineering and Right-of-Play acquisition were performed prior
to 1985. Construction was performed in 1985.
and that said work is to be performed by day labor/contract in accordance with

the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is neces-
sary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as
follows:
Engineering (prior to 1985) $ 5,000
Right-of-way(prior to 1985) $ 7,000
Road Construction (1985) $ 250,000 (including eng. & con-
tingencies)
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Pro:~ect herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of October , 1985
