SPEED LIMIT
Fairgrounds Road
(Mason Co. Road No. 09780)
WHEREAS, the speed limits on County roads in Mason County, Washington, were
fixed by Resolution on April 20, 1981, as 50 miles per hour, except certain roads
as otherwise posted; and,
WHEREAS, existing conditions on the Fairgrounds Road (County Road No. 09780) ,
Mile Post 0.00 to Mile Post 0.69, the total length of the road, warrants a speed
limit of 25 miles per hour;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the speed limit of 25
miles per hour is effective immediately on the above referenced road and the County
Engineer is directed to erect the necessary speed limit signs in conformity here-
with.
