RESOLUTION NO. 107-85
BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT PROBATION
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
District Court Probation for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
District Court Probation ® s budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$50 . 00 From Office Equipment 523-30-64-0010
$78. 00 Typewriter Maintenance 523-30-48-0010
$128 . 00 To Printing & Binding 523-30-49-0010
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entri6s on the ledger
cards affecting the District Court Probation fund.
