BUDGET TRANSFER - SUPERIOR COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
SUPERIOR COURT for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
SUPERIOR COURT budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS , the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$17,000.00 From Non-Departmental 2710-00-0060
(Cumulative Reserve-Legal)
$9,700.00 To Professional Services 02500-41-0050
(Miscellaneous)
$7,300.00 Cumulative Reserve Legal 13200-00-0000
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Superior Court fund.
