The failure to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being non-compliant with Mason County ordinances and building regulations. To be considered unheated space the area may be provided with a heating system that does not exceed maxium output of 1 watt per square foot., or 3.4 Btu/h per square foot.
