The failure to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being non-compliant with Mason County ordinances and building regulations. For public safety, it is the responsibility of the applicant to confirm through written verification all utility services (electric, gas, water, sewer, ...) have been terminated prior to demolishing a structure. * Provisions for surface/subsurface drainage control must be implemented with new construction or development on site and MUST NOT adversely impact adjacent parcels.
