Public Records Request (#2 of 6)
Under the provisions of RCW 42.56, I hereby request that the public records noted below
be sent to the email address shown above(if available in electronic form)or mailed to the
physical address shown above (if electronic versions are not available). If the records are
not available in either form, for example tape or video recordings not transcribed, I
request to inspect such records.
The records requested are:
Any and all public records pertaining to a complaint against me submitted by a citizen to
Cindy Waite, Mason County Health Department, on or about September 2nd, 2008.
Photographs shown to me b Ms. Waite in a September 3`d 2008 meeting at County

offices prove a clear case of trespassing. The citizen who took the photos and made the
complaint alleged wrongdoing on my part and wished to remain anonymous. These
complaints were without merit and therefore frivolous.
Also, I contacted Deputy Gaylord of the Mason County Sheriff's Office on or about
September 5t', 2008 and he said he would interview neighbors in an attempt to identify
the trespasser, I heard nothing further.
A citizen who has trespassed for the sole purpose of doing harm by making a frivolous
complaint should not be allowed to hide behind anonymity. In any case, trespassing is a
crime, and the trespasser knew they were trespassing(they were deep inside my property
in areas not visible from the property lines), so the County should not protect the identity
of someone who has inarguably engaged in unlawful behavior.
