BUDGET TRANSFER - AUDITOR
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Auditor for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Auditor' s budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$4 , 880 . 09 From Salaries & Wages 300-10-140
E ections - 6 no)
$4, 140 . 09 To Salaries & Wages 300-10-600
(Extra Help)
$740 . 00 SalariAR & Wages 300-10-130
(Office Deputy)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Auditor ' s fund.
