BUDGET TRANSFER - -CONTINGENCY JAIL - SZJ=-JAIL
WHEREAS , a request has been received. from the
Sheriff for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS , there are funds available within the
Sheriff - Jail budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS , the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$75, 000 . 00 From Contingency Jail 2710-00-:30
$75, 000 . 00 To Sheriff - Jail 2210-10
(Salaries & Wages)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Sheriff-Jail & Contingency_ Jail _ fund.
