This permit may be rescinded if the permitee fails to complete the project as proposed or fails
to comply with the standards of this ordinance.

Conditions:
1.) The applicant acknowledges that the project will be completed as proposed, so that the
project will be consistent with all applicable standards of the Mason County Resource
Ordinance.
2.) All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded,
vegetated or ' an an equivalent type of erosion protection (silt fencing or straw matting).

3.) Temporary erosion control measures must be implemented to prevent water quality
degradation of adjacent waters or wetlands. Silt fencing must be installed and maintained
until upland vegetation as become established.
