This permit may be rescinded if the permitee fails to complete the project as proposed or fails
to comply with the standards of this ordinance.

1.) All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded,

Comments: I have received you Mason Environmental Permit application for
placement of water lines from an existing two-party well to your
proposed residence. There are a few items that need addressed before
I can continue to process you application.
1. The site plan needs to show the setback of the proposed water lines
from the ordinary high water mark of John's Creek and;
2. A written response as to why this is the only location that the water
lines can be placed.
I am sending back a copy of the site plan so you can update it with the
required information.
