00UNTY ROAD PRC0= NO.. 1052
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 8061 , known locally as the
Elfendahl Pass 0, Road, and nore specifically located in Sections
22 & 27, T23N, R2W, W.M. M.P. 1.93 to M.P. 4.78 , work defined
as "Construction" in the BARS Manual, Page 11-63, et seq, is determined to be neces-
sary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 20 on the officially adopted
County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Or COUNTY COWISSIONERS that it is
their intention to perform design engineering for the purpose ot acquiring
right-of-way from Department of Natural Resources from Mile Post 1.93 to Mile
Post 4.78.
and that said work is to be performed by Co. P rel . Engineering in accordance with
(day labor/contract)
the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is neces-
sary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as
follows:
Engineering 7,000.00
Right-of-Way $
Pbad Construction $
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
