CMIESSIONERS RESOLUTION NO.
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT, NO. 1050
WHEREAS, on Mason County lbad No. 4164 , known locally as, the
Skokomish Valley Road Road, and ire specifically located in
Sec. 11, T21N, R5W, WM M.P. 6.20 to M.P.- 6.27 work de-
Tined as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page 11-63, et sea, is determined to be

necessary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted County
Annual Road Program pursuant to RCV7 36.81.130 and assigned # 26 thereon.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CMn1Y COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to perform preliminary engineering for replacement Of Upper Vance Creek Bridge.
Note: This project is included as Item #4
in the 1985-1990 6-Yr. Road Program.
County Engineering
and that said work is to be performed by & Consultant in accordance with the

Washington State Standard Specifications for Read and. Bridge Construction as adopted
by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County road Project is necessary
and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows:
Engineering $ 4,000.00
Consultant $-10,000.00
Right-of-Way $ 4.000.00
Road Construction $
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to Lye a public neces-
sity. , and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND ALn:'HORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with TA7AC- 136--18.
