DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
PLANNING DEPARTMENT DIVISION
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necessary to cover 1985 Postage
Meter Rental and Lease Purchase Xerox for the Planning Deparment
Division of the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Postage (1470 558.60-42.20)
in the Planning Department Division of General Services, and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
Postage Meter Rental that had increased and Lease Purchase Xerox
that a voucher had been held up and not paid out of the 1984 budget
and was thus paid from the already budgeted 1985 budget;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted:
Transfer $335.00 from Postage (1470 558.60.42.20) to
Postage Meter Rental (1470 558.60-45.10) $20.00
Lease Purchase Xerox (1420 558.60.66.10) 315.00
ADOPTED this 9th day of July , 1985.
