VOTING PRECINCTS
A RESOLUTION amending certain Mason County voting precinct
boundaries and adding certain other precincts ,
WHEREAS , the Mason County Commissioners after die notice and in
open meeting on July 16 , 1964 approved certain precinct boundary
changes and additions ; and
WHEREAS , the Mason County Commissioners in open meeting on July
23 , 1984 directed that those some precinct boundary changes and
additions should become effective on January 1 , 1966 $ and
WHEREAS , it appears that the adoption and effectivity of such
precinct changes and additions were not but should be a matter of
record by resolution ;
NOW, THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the precinct boundary
changes and additions adopted Jully 16 , 1964 and effective January 1 ,
1966 are as shown on the Attachments to this resolution as follows -
