COMMENTS:
There is a type II water creek adjacent to property. According to
submitted plans, home will be placed on higher ground. Property includes
a natural depression area, no signs of hydric vegetation were observed.
Proposed location for home will meet required 90 ' setback from creek. No
critical areas affected by proposal.
