BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners

of Mason County, in regular session asscmb.led, that a
non-debatable emergency is unanimously declarcd to exist for
the following purposes:
The funds in the 1985 approved budget for the Housing of Female Prisoners
at the Thurston County Jail have been exhausted. Funds are needed for
this purposed until, the opening of the New Mason County Jail.
