AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1-84
PERSONNEL POLICIES
WHEREAS , the Board of Mason County Commissioners adopted
Resolution No . 1-84 ; and
WHEREAS , within the resolution the employee health insurance
amount was defined in exact dollars ; and
WHEREAS , it is desirable to change that amount to reflect
the change in health insurance costs ;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners establishes the following for employee health
insurance amount :
Employee Health Insurance Amount : The County shall pay a
total of $92 . 55 towards the cost of medical ( $71 . 44) , vision ( $4 . 05) ,
dental ($14 . 90) , and life insurance ( $2 . 16) for all non-union
employees working 90 hours per month or more and Elected Officials
effective January 1 , 1985 . This is to be applied as premiums on
hospitalization and medical aid insurance through contracts with
regularly constituted insurance carriers or with health care service
contractors as defined in RCW Chapter 48 . 44 , for group hospitalization
and medical aid policies or plans .
ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1985 .
