EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 19 85 , it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 140 , to
meet an outstanding obligation of the General Services budget
for costs incurred with Annex II building.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners :
That,the and day of July 19 _ 85 at
the hour of 10 : 30 a.m. the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the
time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
emergency appropriation to the budget for the General Services
Fund in the estimated amount of $ 4 ' 2 pl) for the above-
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 4th day of June 19 85 .
