AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING MASON COUNTY
ORDINANCE 111-84
WHEREAS, ORDINANCE NO. 1238 , passed and approved
on the 27th day of October, does contain a limitation
of time for payment of road vacation compensation
by abutting property owners®
WHEREAS , such time limitation is contradicted
by Ordinance No. 111-84 .
NOW, THEREFORE, Ordinance 111-84 is hereby
declared to be and is fully rescinded and the terms
and conditions of No. 1238 remain unchanged as stated
therein.
