SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
I
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 19 85 , it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , due
to a grant from Washington State Department. of Agriculture
for construction of restroom facility at the fairgrounds .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason Count�,7
Commissioners:
That the 15th day of April 19 85 at the
hour of 7: 30 p.m. the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Fair fund,
in the estimated amount of $ 38 , 000 . 00 , for the above-
mentioned purposes , and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
